Fault F7

Fault F7 appears on the robot vacuum cleaner display.

An internal system fault has occurred.

Depending on the model, switch the robot vacuum cleaner off with the I/0 switch or the ON/OFF switch. The switch is located on the side of the robot vacuum cleaner.

Depending on the model, switch the robot vacuum cleaner on again with the I/0 switch or the ON/OFF switch.

A battery fault has occurred. The robot vacuum cleaner’s battery is empty.

Check the battery display.

  • The battery display flashes red: depending on the model, switch the robot vacuum cleaner off and on again with the I/0 switch or the ON/OFF switch.

    If F7 goes out after this but the battery display still flashes red, recharge the vacuum cleaner’s rechargeable battery in the docking station.

  • The battery display is not flashing red: press the  sensor control in the control field of the robot vacuum cleaner for more than 3 seconds.

Recharge the vacuum cleaner’s rechargeable battery in the docking station.

RX2 and RX3 – after troubleshooting, the fault message can be reset in the following ways:

  • Switch the robot vacuum cleaner off and on again (I/0 switch).

  • Press the Power button on the remote control.

  • Press the  sensor control in the control field of the robot vacuum cleaner for at least 3 seconds.
