The detergent drawer is dirty or clogged.
If the detergent drawer is dirty or clogged, the powdered and liquid products cannot be flushed through into the suds container.
Remove the detergent drawer from the slot.
Clean the detergent drawer.
Clean the siphon located inside the detergent drawer. Siphons are used for flushing liquid products through.
Clean the detergent drawer slot.
Put the detergent drawer back in the slot.
