SFID has been unable to uniquely identify the dish or a Smart Food ID programme for the food being cooked does not yet exist.
Position the food centrally under the camera.

Food not identified (Smart Food ID)
When using Smart Food ID (SFID), Food not identified appears on the display of the oven.
The cover of the camera is dirty.
Clean the camera covering pane as follows:
Remove any residue from the covering pane of the camera using a stainless steel spiral pad (e.g. Spontex Spirinett).
You can also carefully remove any residues using a glass scraper, running at a flat angle over the covering pane.
